Energy saving

PJWA realizes the importance of environmental care and climate change.

Energy saving is a paramount focus for PJWA. We prioritize the design and
development of lightweight products while maintaining highly efficient.
Additionally, meticulous calculations are performed to optimize packaging space
and efficiently collocate products for transportation. This holistic approach
maximizes transportation efficiency, resulting in reduced fuel consumption,
a lower carbon footprint, and ultimately, reduced costs for our customers.
Furthermore, PJWA set a goal within our organization to reduce
energy consumption 5% per year and reduce green house gas emissions 30% per year by 2027. To achieve this, PJWA has installed solar panels on the roofs of
its buildings to generate electricity for factories and buildings operation.
In addition, we are actively reducing our consumption of electricity, water,
and green house gas emissions within scope 1 and scope 2.

Material 3R Concept

At present, PJWA incorporates 3R concept into our material consumption

REDUCE

Design and develop product that minimize the use of plastic pallets while maintaining the highest quality standards. Furthermore, we incorporate recycled plastic pallets as components in
our manufacturing processes.

REUSE

Repurpose secondary packaging materials, such as boxes and pallets, in good condition that do not come into direct contact with the products.

Recycle

Collaborates with our customers on Posted Costumer Recycle Project, with involves recycling used packing materials into new plastic pallets

Engineering Material Development

The company innovates to research and develop diverse engineering materials that reduce greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining strength and prioritizing safety in use.

Light Weight Parts

PJWA’s concept is to develop lightweight plastic components or combine them with other materials, such as foam, to reduce weight, with the aim of lowering greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining product quality. Weight reduction can significantly decrease carbon dioxide emissions compared to conventional production methods, thereby enhancing the company’s potential to achieve carbon neutrality.
