and supply chain partners. Our company has established a “Human Rights Policy” that serves as a guiding framework for all employees and stakeholders. To ensure compliance, stringent control guidelines are implemented and rigorously enforced.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH

PJWA and its subsidiaries adhere to security policies and comply with the requirements
of ISO 45001, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all employees and relevant personnel
within the organization. Thus, we diligently monitor, maintain, and ensure
the effective implementation of safety measures throughout the organization.
Furthermore, we have established comprehensive accident prevention guidelines
and actively promote safety awareness campaigns to foster a culture of safety
within the workplace.
