Manufacturing Execution System

PJWA has implemented a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
across the organization. This system integrates data from
all factory departments to facilitate efficient production process
management and cost reduction. Furthermore, PJWA’s engineering team
and Industry 4.0 specialists along with our technology partners can analyze
and design various systems that seamlessly integrate
with the MES and factory equipment.

PMS

Performance Management System

PMS is a system for optimizing human resource efficiency,
guiding employee development and growth in alignment with
the organization’s vision, mission, strategy, and policies.
PJWA has applied this system, integrating it with Balanced Scorecard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
This comprehensive approach assesses employee abilities
in accordance with core values and organizational culture at all levels.
The performance data collected is utilized for employee evaluations and feedback, enabling individuals to recognize their potential and identify areas for improvement and future development.

VCS

Visual Control system

To maximize efficiency, PJWA enhances production control through the implementation of a Visual Control System.
This system encompasses various sectors, including operational planning, real-time status reporting, production control,
quality assurance, and maintenance.

JIS

Just In Time

Effective business operations require a thorough understanding of costs, time, processes, and potential errors to determine
the most efficient and productive approach.
PJWA incorporates the Just-In-Time (JIT) system across all aspects of
our operations, from production to transportation and service processes.
This includes managing raw materials, production volume,
and production time. By implementing JIT, we gain real-time visibility into
the accuracy of our supply chain, leading to cost reduction and
ultimately enabling PJWA to consistently meet customer requirements.
