January 27 2023 PJWA has increased the registered capital from Baht 20,000,000 to Baht 470,000,000 and increased it again from Baht 470,000,000 to Baht 887,820,000 on May 1st 2023 to receive partial business transfers

May 2 2023 To enhance business focus and foster growth opportunities by separating packaging and automotive operation and management , PJWA received partial business transfers from PJW.
These transfers encompassed the production and distribution of automotive parts, the paint shop, and other related businesses such as molding production, including the transfer of associated assets, liabilities, and human resources.

2022

February 15th 2022 PJW AutoEV Company Limited (PJWA)
was formed by changing the name from Plastech Lab Company Limited

September 8th 2022 PJWA has converted into a public company; PJW AutoEV Public Company Limited to support a change in the business structure

2014

PJW established Plastech Lab Company Limited (Formerly known as
PJW Foodpack Co., Ltd.) to be a subsidiary company of the PJW Group.
The company has a registered capital Baht 20,000,000, which focuses
on providing scientific test services, calibration, testing and analysis for
physical and chemical operations

2013

To meet the growing demand in the automotive parts market,
PJW has invested in building a paint shop in the Pinthong 2, Choburi

2009

PJW has built a factory in the Pinthong 2 Industrial Estate, Sriracha District, Chonburi, to expand its production capacity of automotive plastic parts and plastic packaging for lubricant industry
